PrintCrateWhy PrintCrate exists
Salesforce has no native way to print an Avery-sheet mailing label from a list view. The documented workaround — Salesforce's own NPSP nonprofit documentation says this outright — is exporting to CSV and running a mail merge in Word, outside Salesforce entirely. That's a narrow, boring, recurring annoyance, and it's exactly the kind of gap worth closing properly instead of working around forever.
PrintCrate is deliberately narrow: a dozen of the most common Avery SKUs, a field picker over whatever object you already use, and a PDF — not an exhaustive catalog, not thermal-printer support, not a general document-generation platform. Staying narrow is the whole point.

Email support is answered by the same person who builds the product, typically within 1–2 business days — not a ticket queue, and not a 24/7 SLA. That tradeoff is stated plainly in the Terms, not buried.
