Who we are

PrintCrate is made and operated by a solo software developer ("we," "us," "PrintCrate"), an independent maker.

Your Salesforce record data

PrintCrate runs entirely as Apex and Lightning components inside your own Salesforce org. Record data you select to generate labels is used only to render the resulting PDF and is never sent to PrintCrate's own infrastructure or stored outside your org.

Billing data

If you upgrade to the paid tier, checkout and subscription management are handled directly by Stripe. PrintCrate stores only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs inside your Salesforce org — no card details ever pass through or are stored by PrintCrate itself.

Website data

printcrate.org uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free, no-personal-data analytics service — no consent banner is required because no cookies or personal identifiers are collected.
