PrintCrateWhich objects does PrintCrate work with?
Contact, Lead, and Account each have a dedicated one-click list-view button. Any other object — standard or custom — works through the standalone Label Generator app page, since the underlying engine is fully object-agnostic.
Do I need to map fields every time?
No — save a template-and-field combination as a preset once, then apply it in one click on future batches instead of re-mapping from scratch.
What happens when I hit the free-tier cap?
Generation pauses with a clear message and a one-click upgrade to the $24/month unlimited tier. Nothing you've already generated is affected, and the cap resets automatically every calendar month.
Does this replace Salesforce's own export tools?
No — it's narrower and more specific. Salesforce has no native Avery-sheet PDF generator at all; the documented workaround today is exporting to CSV and mail-merging in Word outside Salesforce. PrintCrate replaces that specific detour, not Salesforce's general reporting/export tools.
Is PrintCrate affiliated with Avery?
No. PrintCrate is compatible with common Avery label templates and reads their published sheet dimensions, but is not affiliated with or endorsed by Avery Products Corporation.
Can I use my own custom label size?
Not in v1 — the template library covers 12 of the most common Avery SKUs (address labels, shipping labels, business cards, name badges, postcards, and fold-style cards). Arbitrary custom dimensions are a possible future addition, not something to expect at launch.
Is PrintCrate on AppExchange yet?
Not yet — it's built and tested against a live Salesforce org, but the AppExchange listing process isn't complete. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out directly once it's available to install.
