How this calculator works

Every Avery template fits a fixed number of labels, badges, or cards on one 8.5" x 11" sheet — a 30-up address label sheet, a 6-up shipping label sheet, and so on. This tool divides the number you need by how many fit on that template's sheet, then rounds up, because you can't print a partial sheet. If you enter a price per sheet, it multiplies that by the sheet count for a rough cost estimate. The layout preview shows the rows and columns for the template you picked, with the cells you'll actually use highlighted — it's a simplified preview, not an exact margin-for-margin copy of the real sheet.

Which Avery templates are included?

Straight from Avery's own published template specifications for each SKU — not an estimate. See the source citation for each template below.

Does this calculator store or send my numbers anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type here is saved, sent to a server, or seen by anyone else.

Can this print my labels for me?

No — this page only helps you plan how many sheets to buy. If your labels or badges come from Salesforce data, PrintCrate generates the print-ready PDF for you directly from a Contact, Lead, or Account list.
