What PrintCrate is

PrintCrate ("we," "us," "PrintCrate") is a Salesforce managed package that generates print-ready Avery-template PDFs from records you select inside your own Salesforce org. It is made and operated by a solo software developer.

Your data

PrintCrate runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. Record data you select for a label batch is used only to render the PDF handed back to your browser — it is never sent to or stored on infrastructure outside your org.

Free tier and billing

The free tier includes 25 generated labels per calendar month, reset automatically. The paid Standard tier is $24/month, billed through Stripe, and can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal linked in-app.

Avery trademark

PrintCrate is compatible with common Avery label templates and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Avery Products Corporation. "Avery" is a trademark of its respective owner.

No warranty

PrintCrate is provided as-is. While templates are checked against Avery's own published specifications, always confirm a test print before running a full batch on physical label stock.
