What Avery 5392 is

Avery 5392 is a name-badge sheet with 6 badges per sheet, each 4 inches wide by 3 inches tall, in 2 columns and 3 rows. PrintCrate ships it as an active template, and its layout geometry is confirmed against Avery's own official template PDF.

The steps

  1. On a Contact or Lead list view, check the people attending your event.
  2. Click Generate Mailing Labels. The button has that name for every layout, badges included.
  3. Choose the Avery 5392 template.
  4. Choose the fields to print on each badge. A name and an organization or company are usual for a conference; any field you can see on the record works.
  5. Click Generate PDF and print the sheet onto your badge stock.

Tips

  • Use Save as preset once you have a badge layout you like. Next event, apply it in one click. See saving and reusing presets.
  • Badge data is pulled live from the records when you generate, so late registration changes made in Salesforce are on the sheet.

The overview page covers the same workflow: name badges from Salesforce.
