How to save and reuse label presets

After choosing a template and fields in PrintCrate, click Save as preset to store that combination under a name, then apply it in one click next time instead of mapping fields again.

Saving a preset

1. Choose your object, Avery template, and at least one field.
2. Click Save as preset and give it a name, such as "Donor appeal labels".

Using and managing presets

• Saved presets appear in a list when you select the object. Applying one sets the template and fields in one click.
• You can rename or delete a preset from that list.
• If a preset's template has since been deactivated or removed, PrintCrate tells you rather than failing silently.

Who can see a preset

Presets belong to the user who saved them. Colleagues do not see each other's presets by default, so one person's badge layout doesn't clutter another's list. Presets are included on both the free and Standard plans.
